Add our business to the Google Maps service

One of the easiest ways to promote our business over the Internet is through the Google Maps service, and specifically the Local Business Center tool. It is a free service offered by Google, so it is worth losing 5-10 minutes to give it high and set up the service.

Requirements to access this service;
- Having a Google account (like Gmail).
- Access to the physical address of business or want to register a telephone company.
Let the web service and add details of our company, paying special attention to the location, checking that the marker is in the exact position of the company you want to register as well as categories where we can encompass our business. We can define as many data as needed, but there is no obligation to fill all fields. Although if you want potential customers to find you, and have more contact the better, right?
Company information that we have to add if we get better results;
- Exact Location: province, city (zip code), address and number.
- Contact information: telephone, email address (mail) and website if available.

Redirect WordPress blog to another domain

I've been doing some tests to rename the domain and the WordPress blog, without moving in the same hosting site. It is not difficult but must consider a few details before making the change of "name".

And now we go through the blog: http://carlesreig.com
First we have to redirect the domain to the folder of our website (hosting), we have several domains to one hosting by type of contract available. Usually the economic plans do not include this possibility and therefore we consult with our service provider. Show the process using a Godaddy domain;
- Godaddy -> Hosting -> Manage Account -> Settings -> Domain Management -> Add Domain
- Select the domain (the name you want now) and want to redirect the folder (Folder), that is where we have installed WordPress blog.
With Godaddy requires a "Deluxe Hosting" to have a service called "Multiple Web Sites", which allows us to share the same hosting for different domains.
The next step is to modify the settings of our WordPress blog;
- Control Panel -> Options -> modify the URLs
The above configuration;
- WordPress address (URL) -> http://anticdomini.cat/blog
- Block address (URL) -> http://anticdomini.cat/blog
And must be changed;
- WordPress address (URL) -> http://noudomini.cat
- Block address (URL) -> http://noudomini.cat
This process does not change as long as the page location (folder) within our server.

Catalan translation for OpenCart v1.3.4

Lately I have been shopping trastejant with a platform on the Internet called OpenCart , its flexibility and excellent graphical interface complete as we can add another reason to use it, the Catalan translation of the entire section of the store (catalog) for the current version of 1.3.4.
I liked so I decided to contribute to the project by providing a translation into Catalan, I hope everyone can enjoy. Remains the administration section. More>
